Dan Myers Sues University Hospitals for Over Billing Patients and Violating Ohio Consumer Protection Laws

Dan Myers filed a lawsuit against University Hospitals, alleging that they have double-billed patients, ignored requests for billing records, shared patient medical information with debt collectors when there is no debt, and violated multiple laws in Ohio concerning patient charges and payments.
